Varun Gautam, Director and Head Physiotherapist

Varun is a dedicated physiotherapist committed to delivering truly patient-centred care. He believes that understanding each person’s story is essential to achieving the best outcomes, and he works closely with clients to develop individualised, practical treatment plans that restore movement, build confidence, and support long-term recovery.

Trained and experienced in Queensland, Varun has developed strong clinical skills across musculoskeletal, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation. His approach combines accurate assessment with targeted therapy to reduce pain, improve function, and enhance overall performance in daily life, work, and sport.

Varun integrates a range of hands-on and active treatment techniques including dry needling, soft tissue and joint-based therapies, and spinal rehabilitation. He has a particular passion for vestibular physiotherapy and enjoys helping people experiencing vertigo, dizziness, imbalance, and motion sensitivity.

He is experienced in managing conditions such as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), vestibular migraine, age-related balance decline, labyrinthitis, vestibular neuritis, cervicogenic dizziness, and post-concussion presentations. Varun has further strengthened his expertise through clinical exposure within specialist vestibular services at Logan Hospital.

Varun also has a strong interest in the assessment and management of headaches and migraines. He focuses on the contribution of the upper cervical spine and applies precise manual therapy techniques aimed at reducing symptom frequency and intensity while improving neck mobility and overall quality of life.

Friendly and approachable, Varun values building genuine therapeutic relationships with his clients. He is passionate about empowering people through education, clear planning, and tailored strategies that promote independence.

His philosophy is simple: treat the person, not just the injury.

Sneha Gautam, Director and Head Physiotherapist

Proud to call Brisbane home, Sneha is passionate about delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to the communities she serves across her clinics. She is committed to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence at every stage of life.

After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in India, Sneha moved to Australia and has since built extensive experience across hospital and community settings. Her early work within a large metropolitan hospital sparked a deep interest in women’s health and neurological rehabilitation.

Sneha has significant experience supporting women through pregnancy, post-natal recovery, and a wide range of pelvic health concerns. Her clinical work includes management of pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel conditions, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pre- and post-operative care. She approaches these sensitive areas with respect, education, and a strong focus on restoring comfort and function.

A firm believer that understanding leads to better outcomes, Sneha ensures every client knows why an exercise or treatment is prescribed. She places strong emphasis on postural control, core activation, strength, and balance, helping clients improve the efficiency and resilience of their bodies.

Sneha also enjoys working with people living with neurological conditions such as stroke and multiple sclerosis, as well as those experiencing persistent aches and pains. Empowering clients to reach meaningful goals and improve quality of life is at the heart of her practice.
