Proud to call Brisbane home, Sneha can’t think of a better place to put her physiotherapy skills to good use than by working as a physiotherapist across her clinics in Brisbane.
Sneha moved to Australia from India after completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Masters of Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal. Sneha’s passion for women’s health and Neurological physiotherapy began 10 years ago working in a large metropolitan hospital. There, she became skilled in the education, treatment, and management of women during their pregnancy and postnatal recovery. This developed into a broader interest in women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic pain. With a passion for treating a wider scope of pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic pelvic pain-related conditions, her experience includes the management of bladder and bowel conditions, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pre/post-operative care. Neuromuscular exercise sessions are a passion of Sneha’s and she has a strong belief that clients should understand the reasons behind each exercise being prescribed. Clients should be aware of how the body works, and how they can improve their body’s efficiency through postural control, core activation, strength training, and balance exercises. Sneha enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, including those with neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis and Stroke, as well as people with chronic aches and pains. She is passionate about empowering her clients to help with achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life.
Sneha is friendly and approachable with the skills and knowledge to provide sincere, effective, and holistic treatment to all his clients and help them achieve their health goals.
The best piece of advice is – ‘it’s better to get a sore neck from aiming too high than a sore back from aiming too low’ (however, we can fix both).
